Refund Policy

Your full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item at our returns centre. Once the returned item meets our return policy, a full refund will be initiated. The refund method will be processed depending on your original payment method:

Online Bank Transfer, the full refund will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be shipping within 3-5 business days.
Credit card refund service, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank.

Please contact your bank’s card issuer regarding the credit repayment period.
