Start The Day Right!

Admin

Studies show that a structured morning routine sets the tone for the rest of the day. For our kindergarten children, the morning assembly isn’t just a formality—it’s a key part of their growth and learning.

Here’s why morning assembly is so important, even for the youngest learners:

1. It builds routine.

Starting each day with a morning assembly helps children get into a regular routine. It creates a sense of stability and prepares them for the day ahead.

2. It teaches discipline.

The assembly is where children practice listening, sitting still, and following simple instructions. It helps them develop focus and respect for structured time.

3. It fosters community.

Gathering together in the morning promotes a sense of belonging and teamwork. Children begin to understand the value of being part of a group and sharing experiences with others.

4. It introduces good habits.

During the assembly, children are introduced to positive habits such as saying doa, showing respect, and participating in group activities. These small steps teach them about responsibility and mindfulness.

Through the morning assembly, we’re not just getting the children ready for class; we’re helping them develop key skills that will shape their future!
